Abstracts will be accepted only through the digiAbstract® online submission module on the congress website. Papers sent via e-mail, fax, etc. will not be evaluated.

• Abstract must be prepared in Turkish or English and must be original.
• Abstract applications will be made under two groups as oral or poster.
• Before the Abstract is submitted, the author and the authors of the abstract should make sure that the final version of the abstract has been finalized, and then the abstract should be uploaded to the system.
• The Abstract  to be presented at the congress should be capable of contributing to scientific development in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies and original case presentations and should give a concluding message.
• The final decision on the presentation format (free abstract, poster) belongs to the scientific committee.
• Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and acceptance or rejection letters and presentation format (oral/poster) will be sent to the applicants and will also be announced on the official website of the congress.
• Your acceptance or rejection letters will be sent to your e-mail address. You can also follow the results via digiAbstract®, the online abstract submission system.
• Authors who will present papers must register as participants. Since congress registrations are made in a single name, they do not include other names in the declaration.
• E-Posters should be prepared as PDF files, 50 cm x 70 cm in size, in a vertical page layout.
• In order for the papers to be published in the congress proceedings book, congress registration fees must be paid.
• Papers that are included in the program but not presented at the congress or whose abstracts are not submitted on time will not be published.
• All papers will be published in the congress booklet and on the congress website.

The evaluation will be carried out by the Referees on the internet by keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the accepted paper to be included in the Symposium program, if it is an Oral Presentation, the Presenter author, if it is a Poster Presentation, at least one of the authors must register for the symposium. The result of the evaluation will be sent to the owners of the papers as a result letter. The papers presented at the Congress will be included in the CONGRESS NOTICE ABSTRACT BOOK, which will be published on May 27, 2024.

1st Izmir Children's Congress with international participants will be held on May 9-11, 2024 in Kaya İzmir Hotel & Convention Center.

The offical language is Turkish.

Registration and information desks will serve between 08.00 am. and 19.00pm. during the congress.

Official invitation letter can be sent on demand to help to have an acceptance from their institution or company. This letter does not ensure any financial support.

As a result of the evaluation, the clinical trials accepted as posters will be uploaded to the system in the form of e-posters and demonstrated by the participants during the Congress.

The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibit their products at the exhibition area located in the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.

Please bring your presentations in a flash drive at the latest 2 hours before your lecture. You can give your presentations to the Speaker Ready Room. You can find all technical instruments in the scientific halls. Please let us know before a day if you would like to present your lecture with your own computer/laptop.
